At Splicy, we care deeply about your experience. If your purchase doesn’t meet expectations, we aim to resolve the issue smoothly, fairly, and transparently.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- You contact our support team within the return period
- The product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging
- The item was delivered damaged, faulty, or different from what was ordered
Items Not Eligible for Return
Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns for the following:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Products showing signs of use, wear, scratches, or damage caused after delivery
- Clearance items, final-sale products, or items purchased at significant discounts
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us and include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging, if relevant

Return & Refund Process
Request Review
Once we receive your request, our team will review the information and may ask for additional details if necessary.
Return Approval & Instructions
If your return is approved, you’ll receive:
- The return address
- Clear instructions on how to safely package and send the item back
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refund Issuance
After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Additional Information
- Returned items must be in original condition and packaging
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue resulted from our mistake
- Returns that do not comply with this policy may be refused
- Repeated or unusual return activity may be reviewed
